Fixes
- File size abbreviations were missing in FM locale
- Filtering: "Location" did not trigger filtering and isn't set after filter toggle
- Regression in search: focus was moved away from input after every search action
- Content editing: ProgressBar could conflict with custom text editors (e.g. Ace)
- Demos: removed deprecated "Custom folder upload", since the widget supports it
