setValue

sets a new value for the component

void setValue(number|boolean value, [any config] );

value	number\|boolean	a new value for the control
config	any	operation config

Example

webix.ui({
    view:"checkbox", 
    id: "cb1",
    label: "Subscribe to our news"
});
 
$$("cb1").setValue(1); // checks the box

Details

The method takes 1 or true to check the box and 0 or false to uncheck it. The second parameter can be of any type (from a string to an object). config will be passed to the onChange event as the last parameter.
