Designs
Designs can be created by clicking the "New design" button on the Designs screen.
You can choose from 6 presets:
- Blank - empty design
- Layout - an interface with several placeholders
- Form - a complex form
- Left menu - a layout with a menu on the left and several widgets
- Top Menu - a layout with a top menu and several widgets
- Data - an interface with several data widgets
Once you've chosen the preset, you will get to the Edit area, where you can work on the interface itself.
Design Actions
Single design
Each design has a context menu with actions:
You can:
- rename a design
- duplicate a design
- delete a design
- preview a design
- export a design as PNG, PDF and download the source code (HTML+CSS+JS of the design)
In the current version of Webix Designer, designs belong to a particular project and cannot be copied or moved between projects.
All designs
You can search designs via an input.
You can sort designs alphabetically or by the date of the latest modification.
