parseTimeFormat
sets the default locale parsing time format. Initially it is %H:%i:%s.
string parseTimeFormat;
Example
webix.i18n.parseTimeFormat = "%H:%i";
webix.i18n.setLocale();
Details
You need to call setLocale to apply new format settings.
